MTI Broadcasting, the first independent digital platform on hotbird in Italy,
is launching a new way of doing business by offering broadcasters and companies innovative solutions for distributing content and communicating worldwide.

NTI offers integrated services to satisfy any requirements relative to the production and the distribution of TV/radio signals to single end-users (Direct To Home) and to limited-number user groups (Multicast), and to the transmission to the main digital platforms.
From Milan Teleport, in collaboration with some of the largest worldwide operators, your signal and content are transmitted directly throughout Europe, or to digital platforms for distribution in the other continents.
In addition, NTI makes a wide range of services available, these being integrated and fully customised to meet any content distribution requirements.

  
  The platform on the HotBird6 Eutelsat satellite at 13° east, created and managed in partnership with the MediaBroadcast division of T-Systems, distributes TV and radio programmes and content and IP and multimedia applications in Europe, North Africa and the Middle-East.

The solutions are:

Tv and radio broadcasting DTH (direct to home)
The Milan Teleport DVB platform allows broadcasters to distribute TV and radio content and channels directly
to the public through Hot Bird 6.
  Business TV
MTI is available not only to broadcasters, it is also available for companies and corporate communication thanks to the state-of-the-art development of IP applications, which has resulted in us being chosen as the supplier of important banking groups.
Data broadcasting
MTI provides IP distribution solutions on DVB, such as:
- multimedia streaming of audio, data and video
- real-time distribution of web content
- file transfer including webcasting, caching and newsgroups
- software distribution
- Business TV
 

Temporary services - DSNG
MTI puts trucks for the coverage and distribution of any live event whatsoever at the disposal of broadcasters, news agencies and companies.

Playout services
Videoserver, betacam, file video-audio.

Conditional Access
MTI will provide the main conditional access systems on request, both for closed group user distribution and for DTH distribution.
Open and encrypted transmission (DTH) of the signal for the distribution to end-users.

Transmission towards the principle platforms
Worldwide reception and distribution of TV and radio channels Programmes and content transmitted on Hot Bird can be distributed in any other geographical region worldwide thanks to a network of partnerships with other platforms.
